Domain name
To get started with us, you will need a domain name. If you don’t already have a domain name registered, we use and recommend NameCheap.
Hosting plan
You will also need a website hosting plan. We recommend SiteGround as a beginner friendly hosting service. Alternatively, if you purchase a website and subscribe to one of our care plans, we will host your website for FREE.

We do not provide images or content.
Our service provides only the functional website itself, which includes WordPress, the theme and plugins.
You’re welcome to use any images included with your website template. We can also recommend some great resources for additional free images; however, providing or customizing images is outside the scope of this service.
The same is true for content. We do not provide the content, sales copy or text for your website. If you need help with this, we can recommend some great companies we work with.
Our offer is structured to keep prices as low as possible, and this is one of the ways we’re able to do this.

As your website is being developed, it will be offline and available for your private viewing on our staging server. Once you are happy and give us the OK, we’ll make your website live and visible to the world! 🚀
After this point, additional tasks and revisions will require a care plan or be billed separately at our development rate ($60/hour).
Yes, we offer free website restore and malware cleanup to our care plan customers.
This offer extends only to customers with an active plan. In other words, if your website is hacked while under our care, we will fix it for you.
If your website was hacked and you’re not an active care plan customer, we can still help! Please contact us so we can assess the severity and provide you with a cost estimate.
For customers who purchase a website and subscribe to a care plan, we’ll host your website at no additional cost!
This offer is eligible whether you purchase a website and care plan at the same time or not. For example, if you purchased a website 6 months ago and decide to place it under a care plan today, we’ll start hosting that website for free.
The fine print: the care plan must be for the website you purchased.
Also, an e-commerce website will require our e-commerce care plan since it needs added resources and attention.
You are free to cancel your hosting subscription at any time.
Of course, we love our customers and don’t want to see you go! But we also understand things change. We don’t want you to feel stuck with something you no longer want or need.
You can cancel your subscription inside your Account. Or just send us a message and we’ll help you with that.
If you are planning to host your website elsewhere, please let us know so we can help you migrate.
